Sales and Design Associate

Keener designers are responsible for developing design solutions that exceed our clients’ expectations for both form and function. Primary responsibilities include assessing client needs, conducting in-home field measurements, preparing rough and finish designs, developing project estimates, and supervising successful project completion.

• National Kitchen and Bath Association (NKBA) accreditation/affiliation and 2+ years design experience preferred.
• Sales territory includes PA and MD.
• Competitive compensation package based on experience and sales success.

Sales and Design Assistant

Keener design assistants provide systems and process support for our designers. Primary responsibilities include timely and professional communication with clients, staff and suppliers, scheduling appointments, preparing prospective drawings, providing project management and support.

• Degree and/or experience in kitchen design, drafting, or interior design preferred.
• Excellent customer service and Microsoft Office skills required.
