Keener Architectural Casework Awarded Commercial Contracts

11/16/09 – Keener Architectural Casework, a division of Keener Kitchen Manufacturing Company, Red Lion, PA, was recently awarded several commercial casework contracts in northern Maryland.

Working in conjunction with Kinsley Construction, Keener will supply cabinets and countertops for reception areas, break rooms and restrooms for both the east and west bound sides of the I-70 Welcome Center in Frederick, Maryland. This is a LEED-certified project.

Keener will also supply casework for the Baltimore County Center for Maryland Agriculture in Hunt Valley, Maryland. This project will begin in January, 2010.

Keener Architectural Casework Completes Commercial Contracts

11/9/09 – Keener Architectural Casework, a division of Keener Kitchen Manufacturing Company, Red Lion, PA, recently completed commercial casework contracts in central Pennsylvania and northern Maryland.

A Lancaster County project included cabinetry and countertops for a reception area for Lancashire Hall in Lititz. Henderson Construction served as the general contractor.

The Maryland project featured cabinetry and countertops for offices and other work areas at the Laureate Education Center in Columbia. A & A Commercial was the general contractor.

Keener Completes Commercial Project in Hanover

11/25/08 – York, PA –Keener Architectural Casework, a division of Keener Kitchen Manufacturing Company in Red Lion, Pa, recently completed work on construction of a new facility for Hanover Health Care Plus in Hanover, Pa.

In partnership with Richard D. Poole, LLC, Keener manufactured and installed commercial casework and countertops for new exam rooms, nurses’ station, break room and reception area.

Keener Completes Commercial Project in Maryland

6/2/08 – York, PA – Keener Architectural Casework, a division of Keener Kitchen Manufacturing Company in Red Lion, PA, recently completed three commercial projects in northern Maryland.

In partnership with Richard D. Poole, LLC, Keener outfitted a reception area, administrative area and laboratory areas with custom cabinetry at Swan Creek Dental in Havre De Grace. Keener also manufactured cabinetry for exam rooms, nurses’ station, business office, restrooms and a reception area for Swan Creek Eye, also in Havre De Grace. Keener provided custom cabinetry for the café, lounge and storage areas for the Myerberg Senior Center in Baltimore.

Keener COMPLETES Commercial Projects

5/19/08 – York, PA – Keener Architectural Casework, a division of Keener Kitchen Manufacturing Company, Red Lion, PA, was recently completed a number of commercial projects across south central Pennsylvania.

In partnership with Keystruct Construction, Keener outfitted a reception area, recovery room and check-out area with custom cabinetry and granite countertops for Susquehanna Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, P.C in York. Working with Real Services, Keener replaced cabinets and wood panels in the Executive Offices of Rite Aid Corporation in Camp Hill. Keener also manufactured custom cabinetry for a reception area, restrooms and coffee area at the Carlisle Brethren in Christ Church with Lobar Associates. In Landisville, Keener provided custom casework and solid surface countertops throughout the plant and break areas for The Jay Group in a project by Richard D. Poole, LLC.

Keener Awarded Commercial Projects

1/14/08 –York, PA –Keener Architectural Casework, a division of Keener Kitchen Manufacturing Company, Red Lion, PA, was recently awarded several commercial casework contracts in York and Lancaster Counties.

York County projects include cabinetry and countertops for medical rooms and reception areas for the medical suite of Memorial Hospital’s Breast Center; and all cabinets and tops for the Apple Express Car Wash. The Lancaster County contract includes new cabinets and countertops for both the offices and production areas for the Jay Group.

Keener Completes School Projects

10/5/07 –York, PA –Keener Architectural Casework, a division of Keener Kitchen Manufacturing Company, Red Lion, PA, recently completed three commercial contracts at educational facilities in Maryland.

Two projects were in partnership with Kinsley Construction, also of York County, and included the manufacture and installation of cabinetry and countertops in study rooms, art rooms and classrooms at Hereford Middle School in Hereford, MD and the Park School in Baltimore. The third project featured the construction of bookcases in new and existing classrooms at Gerstell Academy in Finksburg, MD.

Keener Secures Commercial Contracts

6/6/07 – Keener Architectural Casework, a division of Keener Kitchen Manufacturing Company, Red Lion, PA, recently secured multiple commercial contracts in Pennsylvania and Maryland. The projects ranged in scope from extensive renovations to new construction. Projects include: cancer treatment facility for Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore; sleep lab, conference center and exam rooms for Memorial Hospital in York; personal care, skilled nursing care and community center facilities for Utz Terrace-Lutheran Social Services in Hanover; law offices of McGowan, Cecil and Smathers in Laurel, Maryland; client and staff service areas for Fulton Bank locations in Mechanicsburg, West Chester and Myerstown, Pennsylvania; Columbia Bank in Frederick, Maryland; dental offices for Dr. Shalkey in York.
